EJ SINGLE-FLUTE, BRAZED TIP GUNDRILLS

EJ Gundrills are precision built and ground using our automated processes. All drills are ground on specially adapted CNC equipment, insuring repeatability, thus producing accurate holes with excellent surface finishes. Drills are manufactured of highest quality materials and carbides with kidney shape, single round, and double round coolant holes.  Drills can be manufactured to "Special" point geometry as well as various standard point geometries offered by EJ Company.

SINGLE-FLUTE GUNDRILLS:

• 1/16" to 1-3/8" diameter
• Standard lengths up to 48" (special lengths on request)
• Coating available upon request
